Osaka Sushi :Sushitomi: Travel Japan Guide for Osaka trip: Osaka Restaurant

I went to my favorite sushi restaurant すし富 sushitomi in Osaka.
I had a sashimi, ate, which was small recommended dishes and sushi!
Actually, I couldn’t eat Anago and Mantis shrimp before coming to this sushi restaurant. I thought those tasted awful… But I tried those because the chef (I call him Otosan, which means a casual way of saying Dad) recommended me to try… And I noticed they were really tasty and good! He opened my eyes. Since then, I’d at least try things I don’t like if he recommended.
Have you ever meet chefs you’ve been influenced from???
Let me know your story! I’d love to hear it!
