Miso-Soup (misoshiru in Japanese) is the Japanese traditional soup loved by everybody since 14th century.
Usually consumed together with white rice.

Miso soup varies from region to region and even from family to family, so that people call each family’s miso-soup Mom’s special recipe.
It’s made up by many ingredients and miso together with seasonal food.

Miso is considered one of the good food as it’s a fermented food like Natto (Fermented Beans).

How to make Miso-Soup is simple. Bring various vegetables, tofu, and other ingredients to a boil in fish stock.
After turning off the stove, you add the miso paste for not losing flavor.
